Optus Glean UK is a new company, so we do not publish named client testimonials we have not earned. The scenarios below are illustrative — worked examples of how our fixed-fee, named-cover, documented model is designed to perform. They are not accounts of specific named clients.
Illustrative scenario: multi-site office contract
A business with offices in three cities is using a different local cleaner at each, with three invoices, three standards, and no cover when someone is off sick. Under an Optus Glean UK contract, all three sites move to one specification, one monthly Direct Debit, one account manager, and a named primary-plus-relief team per site — so a sick day in one city does not become the customer's problem.
Illustrative scenario: switching provider under TUPE
A care provider wants to change cleaning contractor but is worried about disruption and the existing cleaners' jobs. Because a cleaning contract change is normally a TUPE transfer, the incumbent's staff transfer to us on their existing terms; we run the consultation and Employee Liability Information process, retrain to our documented standard, and the people who know the site stay on it.
Illustrative scenario: CQC-registered care setting
A supported-living provider needs cleaning that will stand up to a CQC inspection. We build the specification around CQC Regulation 15 (clean, suitable premises) and Regulation 12 (infection control), map functional areas to the NHS 2025 FR risk categories, deploy Enhanced-DBS-checked operatives, and provide the audit trail — cleaning schedules, colour-coding, and monitoring records — that inspection evidence requires.
