What an end-of-tenancy clean covers
An end-of-tenancy clean is a full, room-by-room reset against a checklist: kitchens degreased inside and out including appliances, bathrooms descaled and sanitised, limescale removed, all surfaces, skirtings and fittings cleaned, internal glass, and floors cleaned throughout - with carpets shampooed where included. End-of-tenancy cleaning is priced by property size rather than by the hour, so you get a fixed figure up front. As a UK guide, a studio runs from around £100-£120 and a four-bed-plus house £320-£380, with carpet cleaning adding to smaller properties; London typically carries a 20-30% premium.
