Who does the work and how is it priced?
Every operative is directly employed by us on PAYE — never a self-employed sub-contractor — and vetted before their first shift: DBS-checked in England and Wales, Disclosure Scotland (PVG where the role requires it) in Scotland, and AccessNI in Northern Ireland. Operatives are trained for the site — MHE awareness, work at height, COSHH and permit-to-work where needed. We price a fixed monthly fee by Direct Debit after a free site survey, scheduling routine cleaning around 24/7 shifts and reserving high-level and deep work for planned windows.
