Do you cover washrooms, consumables and high-footfall hygiene?
Yes. Customer and staff washrooms are the fastest way a retail brand loses trust, so we run scheduled cleans plus reactive trading-hours checks, and can manage consumables through our washroom hygiene services. Equipment is colour-coded to the BICSc scheme (red for washrooms, blue for general areas) to prevent cross-contamination.
Who cleans our stores and how is it priced?
Every operative is directly employed by us on PAYE — never a self-employed sub-contractor — and vetted before their first shift: DBS-checked in England and Wales, Disclosure Scotland (PVG where the role requires it) in Scotland, and AccessNI in Northern Ireland. We price a fixed monthly fee by Direct Debit per store or across the estate, set after a free site survey — not an hourly rate.
